When reaching 2 x 10^5 cells/cm^2 using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA, subculture at 1:6 to 1:8; feed cells 2 to 3 times weekly. Culture at 5% CO2, 37°C. Start culture at 5 x 10^3 cells/cm2.
Complete culture medium supplemented with 5% (v/v) DMSO II
