Cultures can be maintained by the addition of fresh medium. An inoculum of 8.0 x 10^4 to 2.0 x 10^5cells/mL is recommended. Subculture when the cell concentration is between 1.0 x 10^6 and 1.5 x 10^6 cells/mL. A subcultivation ratio of 1:4 to 1:12 is recommended. Culture at 5% CO2, 37°C. Feed cells once every 2 to 3 days.
