RPMI-1640 Medium + 10% FBS
When confluent using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA, subculture at 1:3 to 1:6; feed cells 2 to 3 times weekly. Culture at 5% CO2, 37°C. Start culture at 6 x 10^3 cells/cm2. Maintain culture at 3 x 10^4 cells/cm2.
