Cultures can be maintained by the addition or replacement of fresh medium. Start new cultures at 1 X 105 viable cells/ml. Subculture at 1 to 2 X 106 cells/ml. Culture cells at 5% CO2, 37°C.
Add fresh medium every 3 to 4 days.
Complete culture medium supplemented with 5% (v/v) DMSO
