Suspension
CCRF-CEM cells were derived from the peripheral blood buffy coat of a child (CEM) with acute lymphoblastic leukemia who had originally presented with lymphosarcoma
Female, Caucasian, 4 yrs of age
RPMI1640 + 10% FBS
Cultures can be maintained by the addition of fresh medium or replacement of medium. Alternatively, cultures can be established by centrifugation with subsequent resuspension at 2 to 3 X 105 viable cells/ml. Maintain cell density between 1 to 2 X 106 viable cells/ml.
Add fresh medium (20% to 30% by volume) every 2 to 3 days.
Complete culture medium supplemented with 5% (v/v) DMSO
